The world series of fitness racing comes to Africa for the first time!

Join us for an adrenaline-fueled event that combines functional fitness and endurance in one of the World’s Iconic Cities: CAPE TOWN!

On September 21st, 8 km and 8 workout stations await you at the world-renowned Cape Town International Convention Centre.

Are you ready to accept the challenge? Are you ready to enjoy Cape Town?

The choice is yours: compete solo in HYROX Open/Pro, share the load with a partner in HYROX Doubles/Doubles Pro, or grab three friends and take on the HYROX relay!
