Join us for an adrenaline-fueled event that combines functional fitness and endurance in one of the World’s Iconic Cities: CAPE TOWN!

On September 21st, 8 km and 8 workout stations await you at the world-renowned Cape Town International Convention Centre.

The choice is yours: compete solo in HYROX Open/Pro, share the load with a partner in HYROX Doubles/Doubles Pro, or grab three friends and take on the HYROX relay!

Athletes Check-In:
Registration opens at 06:30 AM. You can check in any time up until 30 minutes before your race. We recommend arriving 90 minutes before your start time to allow enough time to register, drop off your bags and check out the venue!

Laps to Run:  
In on the 3rd time, you see the “in arch”

Relay Briefing On-Site:
Please send one person from your Relay Team to the Official Relay Technical Briefing in the Transition Zone at 5:40 PM.
